ACMI RENEWAL
We helped the Australian Center for the Moving Image reshape itself as a key Australian Film institution by redesigning its 1500 sqm permanent gallery (opening February 2021). A beautiful and dynamic exhibit space that leads the visitor through an immersive journey dotted with awe-inspiring moments and interactive experiences.
Bridging space, experience, and storytelling.
The design of the exhibition started from an intense collaboration around the experience design, storytelling, and flow of the space, engaging curators, designers and technologists from the onset. From concept to fabrication, we created concepts, visitor flow maps and floor plans, detailed drawings and visual elevations, 3d and VR models as well as created packages for fabrication bidding.
